Sigma systems work hard and reliably for employers from coast to coast.  You can expect less than one-half percent (1/2%) downtime experience due to naturally occurring hardware and/or software failure.

When you do, you call Sigma’s toll free help desk.  If downtime is unnatural, you also call Sigma’s toll free help desk.  24/7.

If we can’t solve a problem together, over the phone, we’ll dispatch courteous, local, and  efficient  technical personnel within 4 hours.  You will know them, because they were there during your installation.

As a client, you can also tap into Sigma’s help desk resources via our web site.  There, you can review quick and easy solutions to occasional and common operating difficulties.
