Keep The Change is Sigma’s modern method to implement cashfree systems, instantly and safely.   This on-line mini-banking system is virtually free of administrative burden.  Enrollment is accomplished when a valid ID card is initially scanned following cash payment.  Instead of counting change due customer, Keep The Change automatically calculates the change due and deposits this amount into the customer account.

Any ID badge, credit card, gas card, drivers license may be used to open a Keep The Change debit account or Sigma can design and produce cards for your organization (see below). Each time cash change is due a customer, that change can be automatically deposited into their personal debit account by scanning the card.  A deposit receipt is automatically printed.  The receipt shows the amount of change deposited and the current debit balance.

Additional MenuVision workstation reports summarize debit revenues, cash deposits to debit accounts, and produces bank-like statements for each participating employee.  Statements provide audit detail for each purchase and deposit.
